Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Yes we deliver, set up and break down our equipment. Travel fees may apply for areas outside of Racine.
Please remember not to scheduele a delivery at the time your event starts. Provide an hour or two padding. Your delivery time will be conrimed the day before. If a delivery is running behind schedule, you will be notified and provided with an updated ETA. As we do our best to deliver at the scheduled time, there are circumstatnces where some deliveries take more time than others or unforseen circumstances. If your delivery is late, we will attempt to contact you. We will work with you so that you can enjoy all the time you have requested. If you have questions, please contact us.
Q: Do you deliver to other cities?
A: Yes, we deliver to Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee and some surrounding areas. If you don't see your area listed, please feel free to contact us. Also, please be aware that due to inflation, rising prices and the possible need for extra labor for heavier equipment, additional fees may be added. Please call us or visit the site for a current quote.
Q: How long do we get to keep the rental?
A: We allow up to 6 hours rental time for the day. Over 6 hours, overnights and weekend rentals have additional charges. Any (distance) orders that are scheduled less than 4 hours may be assessed a "short time rental" penalty. No discounts provided for shorter rental times. No additional charges for orders delivered earlier than scheduled time.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept cash, credit and debit card.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Please check out our policies page for details. There are NO refunds. We do provide rainchecks and can reschedule your date if available. Please contact us if you need to cancel.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes all orders require a deposit cash or card. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. SALES ARE FINAL.
Q: We've rented some really dirty bounce houses from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. The unit should be clean when you get it. We clean and disinfect after every rental.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the bounce house unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50ft of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A: We do set up at parks but most parks do not have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must have an outlet or a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost including gas. Or, if you choose to provide your own generator, it must be 3500w per outlet or better. It is your responsibility if you choose not to rent one from us.
NOTE: Rental fees must be paid in full, even if your personal generator fails to work properly. If you require a park permit, you must obtain one. We are insured and can provide certs as requested. (additional fee may be required. contact us)
Q: How big are the bounce houses?
A: Most of our units are 15x15ft which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each unit (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. The units need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each inflatable include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call to discuss options for setup. WE WILL NOT DELIVER OR SET UP TO PROPERTYS WITH or ON HILLS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Q: What about the big units? Any special requirements?
A: Check the requirements listed with each unit. Also, make sure you have at least a 4ft access to the area where it will be set up. These units can weigh over 600 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room. If you do not have enough space for us to set up the unit, we may cancel the reservation. It is on the renter to make sure there is enough room for the unit.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks or gravel as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl on the units and we will NOT set up on sand.
Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact us. You may also access that link to complete final payment.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes you are. You aren't responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds or rains, tears or cuts from sharp objects) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower, chairs, etc.. which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
