Yes, prices include set up, delivery and take down.
Yes, we provide service to the Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee areas. Extra fees may be charged for areas further away. Fuel, extra truck and labor travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote if you are outside of our delivery areas.
We charge by the day and not by the hour. We want you to enjoy your day. We deliver as early as 9am and pick up units before dark.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. The unit must be rented a minimum of 4 hours and must be picked up before dark. We do charge an additional fee for last minute bookings.
No. The jump should be clean when you get it. 2 Tons of Fun Inflatables cleans and disinfects all units after every rental.

Yes, we can set up at parks if they have electricity. If they don't have electricity, you will need to rent a generator.
If your city/county/state park requires a permit, you must obtain one. If you need proof of insurance please let us know and we can provide that to you. There may be an additional charge.

We use Square (Apple Pay or Google Pay). Square’s standard processing fee is 2.6% + 10¢ for contactless payments, swiped or inserted chip cards, and swiped magstripe cards.
Payments that are manually keyed-in, processed using Card on File, or manually entered using Virtual Terminal have a 3.5% + 15¢ fee.

Yes all orders require a $25 deposit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Most of our jumps are 15'x15' which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Bouncers need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please contact us to discuss options for setup
Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4 feet of access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
Yes. If any damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence, you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the equipment, which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the responsible operator. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.
